Baguio-Quezon gets a facelift

Thanks to all my blog visitors to Baguio-Quezon! Thank you for your comments (which I immensely enjoy reading). I had been wanting to make this blog not only as a feature for our hometowns, but for making various concerns about Baguio City more public as well. It is very obvious that we are losing pine trees at a dramatic rate and the number of vehicles in the city increase unabated, making the quality of air very unsatisfactory. Alas, since we are currently in Wellington, New Zealand, I can no longer produce content for this blog.

However, I also do not want my blog to become lost in internet limbo because of inactivity. And so I will still keep this blog alive, but with a different content altogether. I will be using this blog to write about activities I do here that are related to paper, be it books, newspapers, origami, or craft.

As such, I will no longer be renewing the baguio-city.net domain. I cannot change the blogspot name and so baguio-quezon will remain, but I will have a sub-domain name from nickballesteros.com forwarded to this blog.

However, here are a couple of links that I would like to share with you. I go to these sites for information on Baguio City:
Baguio Insider - a blog by Lisa A. She is an inspiration to people who want to take action and make a difference in the community's upkeep.
Baguio Midland Courier - online version of one of Baguio City's newspapers
SunStar Baguio - another online newspaper

And of course, the links of Baguio bloggers I have in this blog!

I will still occasionally discuss topics about Baguio or Dolores, Quezon though. Especially if something comes up that warrants a discussion.

Once again, thank you all for sharing the journey, and I hope to still see you around in this blog.

Whatever you do is always fine with a non-blogger like, hehe...

Will continue to lurk around your blogs however. Cheers to you and your family - hope you will continue to enjoy NZ.
