An ilocano rap song by T.Max and company based in London, UK. I've never heard of an Ilocano rap song before, so this is quite a novelty for me. Here in New Zealand, there is growing awareness of the Maori culture which was nearly decimated a couple of decades ago but is seeing a revival and popular support in recent years. Adaptation to modern culture, such as in song, is also a popular form of expression.

The Cordilleras might put to test the effectiveness of the Writ of Kalikasan if the local government of Itogon decides to pursue filing of a petition against LGTM Corporation, a subdivision developer in Kias barangay.
Following the city council’s recall of LGTM’s development permit, Councilor Betty Lourdes Tabanda suggested for Itogon officials to file the writ as another remedy that they could avail themselves of to enjoin the developer from proceeding with some of its activities that have polluted the Ambalanga River.
