Gargamel strikes!

I bought another Kinder Suprise chocolate egg when we did our groceries.  Alas, I did not get another Smurf.  Instead, it's Gargamel!

Looks like I'll have to try again!  Perhaps Jo-Lo should choose the egg this time around, he might be luckier.

Smurfs come from eggs!

Kinder Surprise chocolate eggs, that is.

Acosta said local officials could be held liable for violating Republic Act 9003 also known as the Solid Waste Management Act for failing to shut down the Irisan dumpsite, which collapsed during the onslaught of typhoon Mina.

"We've known for a long time that the solid waste situation in Baguio City is untenable. Dumpsites are not advisable there because it is built on a hillside, the topography is not flat. The possibility of an avalanche of garbage is there, which is exactly what happened," Acosta told radio dzMM.
